Well i had an epic gain of 5lbs one week taking it up to nearly a stone! Back into last half stone territory now thankfully. Ready to kick some ass. I have no outings this weekend either which should hopefully help! Possibly cinema just but ive never been a cinema muncher-big diet coke will do me grand

Just ML and the porridge oats, ive only the toffee and vanilla ones in at the minute so been using them, i think it is a bit of a marmite thing though.

Making pancakes for brekkie tomorrow with it mixed with eggs-will let you know how that turns out! Im really looking forward to them with sliced banana, blueberries and maple syrup-think im either gonna be loving it or really disappointed!

FLEXI DAY coming up

Very excited about where im going for dinner tonight-have been droolong over the menu but cant decide what to have.

Possibly the crab claws for starters or the piri piri prawns, with either the scallops and BNS risotto, crab linguine or seabream for main.

Ive decided that im giving it another month where I am going to be on plan as much as poss and see how it goes - if i still cant break past my lowest weight then im gonna change my target to 10.7. At least i know i can maintain that - been doing it long enough!

my plan was to do a red week to get rid of my gain ASAP but i forgot

a) my friend is coming for tea tomorrow night and wants me to make my cannelloni cos she loves it = green friday

b) im out for dinner on Sat so will prob be EE and over syns!

c) its my cousins 18th on Sun which will mean there for dinner (usually have baked potato beans and cheese there) = green Sun

Mon and Tues will defo be red! 4/7
