my plan for today was to have a lil lie in as i work late on thurs and then get up and make soup plus the curried cauliflower thing, my body however had other plans-like 12hrs sleep so no brekkie and no proper meals today!

Lol! I should trust you really after your successful weight loss! :worthy:

Id much rather eat proper tasty meals and lose slower than starving myself and feeling like i am missing out. I never wouldve stuck at it if i felt deprived
