Treated myself to a facial today for my new shiny :)

I dont think im gonna do it for my birthday like i wanted but will try my best! I WILL get there so doesnt matter when it is at the end of the day

Absolutely! It's not like your suddenly going to stop when your reach target so you may as well take the scenic route for the last 'pesky half stone', lol x
 
Ive taken the scenic route the whole way so no change there then!

Im glad i have though, my body is so used to SW food now that even if i do have "bad" food i pay the price for it :sick0019:

One way to keep me on the straight and narrow!

Out for dinner tonight somewhere ive never been so not sure what day i am til ive been-not enough SF in my paella to count as EE but im sure ill be having some fruit in work later which would make up for that. All depends on the menu and what tickles my fancy.

and WI tonight showed a massive 5lbs gain!!!!

now i dont think i was 5lbs bad but i did have a lot of things on over the last week.
