today started out all good then my evil friend intervened and brought forbidden foods into my house-then it all went a bit tits up!

Saturday 1st October

none, couldnt sleep so ended up dragging myself out of bed just before work

all the crap i ate last night has made me feel rubbish! really sluggish and want more crap! ended up giving in to a few more celebrations (syns unknown!) and some quorn chicken dippers (only 6 syns inc sweet chilli suace and mayo but felt really naughty!)

Dinner
went to my mum and dads to catch up on some biggest loser episodes and ended up staying for dinner-they had cod and prawns needing used up so i suggested paella (it was the strangest paella i have ever had-more of a fish risotto!)

back on the wagon properly today-going red until WI for damage control, although had a sneaky WI and wasnt as bad as expected!

some sort of fish thing-havent decided yet but theres a few salmon fillets, whole sea bass and pollock fillets in the freezer

Going out for "a few drinks" straight after work today, i plan on only having one cocktail, but if the menu looks good i may have to sample another. Plan is to keep food syns as low as possible so available for alcohol lol. Prob will be over in syns

after testing diets for years, I finally found my Graal ;) But it's not only Cambridge, it's wonderful books about copping on a diet and great exercice. I am a all or nothing person and finally had to admit that I am that on a diet too ;) but I am french so a real food lover too ;) and having two bites a day of wonderful meals I keep making for my family is enough for me right now ;)
Congrats on your Fat % it is so important !
 
Its weird how one diet works for one person and not for another isnt it, but then again the world would be a boring place if we were all the same

yes definitely, all my best friends lose weight on carbs (organic and whole) and I'm just starving on carbs. I am hunter gatherer type according to my genes I guess, I need my proteins. It just took me 40 years to finally discover it as I was more driven to the vege type. Now I have to find a vege solution for increasing my protein amount. But some fancy author wrote about how some of us have changed their genes to adapt to the society of agriculture and therefore are more adapted to carbs than others.

have a work thing after work tonight and it has a meal provided, ive ordered a veggie meal so going green, no idea what it is other than 2 courses which im assuming is main and dessert as there is canapes on arrival-would prefer starter and main but i cant really complain about a free meal can i! fingers crossed i wont like the dessert!
