The local newspaper quoting me in a story (unrelated to losing weight) and using a photograph from ten years ago.
A few emails and texts later from various people commenting on how different I look, one of them, I quote:
"Who's that fat bloke in the Cumberland News?"

It's how we men bond, by insulting each other..

I resisted a box of biscuits and a plate full of cake being passed around at future MIL's today it was my favourite cake too....battenburg! Also I chose nas squash instead of wine at my mums house tonight with tea

Went out or Sushi yesterday and instead of having 14-16 pieces had 10 + a salad. And avoided the gorgeous but sugar heavy lemon drink opted for 2 Sprite zero and green tea!

Bumped into a couple of friends/old neighbours this morning in Asda that I've not seen for months and they said how well and slim I was looking

When you normally don't see teachers very often as I drop my son at breakfast club and dad picks him up in a night and when you do pick him up a teacher asks you to give Aaron's mum a message!!!
