Wow! It is no challenge to work up a sweat like that here (in Florida), but you must have been running working hard over there to drip like that! Go, Nikki!

Only did 3 miles of hill stuff. Too overweight for all this :( but running will get me there along with cd and Atkins on hols.

Already lost a couple of pounds.

Great article Nikki!!! Can't help you with the veggie thing I'd never be able to be a veggie, like my meat too much, I just try not to think about it.

Been to the gym this am. 50 min run, 10 mins on the bike. 700 cals burnt. Out with the dog now. Cutting grass when I get home. Teaching zba tonight. Feeling fab. Mind I fell asleep before 9 last night. Yikes.
 
That's a Zumba session taught. Think my left eye got a bit of dust in it from cutting the grass. Will have to let hubby cut grass from now til the end of the season.

So....

50 min run
10 min bike ride (both @ gym)...
Dog walked and grass cut too...
45 min Zumba session.

700 + 500 (aprox) = 1200 cals burnt today

Water intake = 7 pints (aprox 3.75l)
Coffee = 1! Ooooo not like me
Bars x 2 (1 extra because of exercise)
Coconut shake x 1
Choc mint shake x 1
Meal cottage cheese and salad.

A very good positive day!
 
Feeling fab. Buzzing! Must total be down to ketosis.
 
Let myself down last night. Had wine and nuts. Don't feel so fab this day.
 
It's okay - you do so well. I'm sure you're doing fine.

Had a better day. Been out tonight. Drank a large diet coke. No alcohol. No nuts.
 
I think the best way to think of it is to look at what you would have eaten if it was a normal eating day before the diet, and look at what you did eat as a little treat, its a big change so be proud of that xx

Scales have not gone down though! Up again! Dude has killed my brand new scales. He flooded the floor in the bathroom now it says error on them! Not a happy bunny! Hoping they'll be fine when they dry out! Hubby cleaned up the watery mess. Wish he'd moved my scales though!
 
Back from my 5 mile run. Phew. Decided to weak out and do it at the gym. 5 miles in 60 mins. 800 cals burnt. Here's my top front and back. I never normally sweat this much!

week 1 exercise was:-
sun - 3 mile run
tuesday - 3 miles ran zumba
thurs - zumba
fri - 3 miles ran

total miles ran 9 miles


week 2 exercise:-
sun - 4.25 mile run
tuesday - 3 mile killer hill run and zumba
thursday - 4 mile run and zumba

total mile ran 11.25 miles


week 3 exercise:-
sun (today) - 5 mile run

Put them in the airing cupboard to dry out.
