It's taste nice I'm sure it will be tastier with some yoghurt and fruit to go with it I only had a bit now I'm tucked up in bed so I can't keep picking at it ;-)

I usually cut it into 3 peices and have a peice a day for brekkie... But because I've not had any since Wednesday, I've eaten half this morning to get things moving again, if you know what I mean lol.. I've never had a whole one in one day... I'm scared that I won't be able to venture too far away from the loo! Hehe xx

Hi Katie - Glad you enjoyed your cake hun - dont forget to syn your raisins. If your not eating all the cake today you will need to syn the scan bran too as the whole cake would be 1 of your B choices as you used 5 scan bran.

I'm always running out! Somehow we manage to go through a roll a day! Mum is always moaning about how much I use and I get lectured on how I should only use 3 squares at a time.... She just doesn't understand what it's like after scan bran!! :-D
