Thanks for all your help I didn't have any sweet corn in the salad and will leave the tomatoes out next time.
What hit stick do you recommend? I have a jar of bouillon here but is 1.5g of carbs per serving.
Today has gone ok so far, didn't plan ahead again but had 2 bacon rashers and 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast. We went out mid morning and I grabbed a bag of lettuce leaves and a Mattisons smoked pork sausage just incase, well we were out longer than expected so I ended up munching on a 200g bag of lettuce and are half of the sausage, by the time we got home tho
I didn't feel too good I just felt really weak, shaky and sooo tired, I'm never tired enough to sleep in the daytime but I ended up going bed for 2 hours which shocked me, I would of slept longer if I didn't have a baby presented to me with a dirty nappy lol
I also had a few olives and some cheddar cheese to snack on.
Have 200g of cauliflower ready for dinner tonight but not sure what to have with it probably some chicken breast in mayo as its quick and easy.
Only 8g of carbs consumed today, do I have to try and eat 20g or just not go over it?
One thing that I haven't been to great on is the diet fizzy, I've been drinking dr pepper zero, I know it hasn't effected my loss when I did a vlcd but it really helps me through the day, I am going to try to get off it though.
Just hoping I don't get tired tomorrow like I did today as am at work.
