Yes think I probably will...had quite a carb fest today...!! I don't want to gain too much because of Sunday night.
I really should go to group every week...so many people asking me where I was and they missed me. Our c said, after Easter (I think) she's running two morning groups...9.30 & 11.30...she also does 5.30 & 7.30. That will be a full on day for her!!
 
So food rundown, such as it was...

chopped banana, apple & grapes
alpro yogurt
walnuts

choc cookie (Joseph saved me that ONE out of the bag of 4...!!)

1/2 deep pan pizza
tomatoes & beetroot
fat free dressing

3 shortbread biscuits

small bag hula hoops
2 small bags cheese bites
