Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Sounds like you know how to keep those scales going down but we all know how difficult it is to actually do it when there's so much nice food around

Food today...

chopped banana, apple, grapes
alpro yogurt A

options 2
small choc 7

2 L.Mc. sausages

By default we ended up repeating what we'd done the last couple of days...
Early this afternoon we went out for a while. Then Sarah called round for a chat. Her and Matt are inviting me (us) for a meal next Sunday (Mothers Day) at the carvery we all like.
Latest bummer...I got an achy back-ish tooth! Will have to phone dentist tomorrow!

My consultant says mixing it up works best for this plan but I don't believe her! We all have ways that work for us and we lose when we follow.

Glad things are looking better family wise Janet, you deserve a lovely Mothers Day. :)

I didn't realise it was Mothers day they were taking you out how lovely. Will this be the first time ?

Forgot to ask are you back to minding your grandkids yet ?

Your scales are good. Mine have gone up again
We've only been back in the UK since 2012...Sarah & Matt have both come here or Sarah has arranged a lunch at her house which has included her mother in-law but she's going out with her daughter. Anyway will be nice for her not to cook...

No I'm not picking the grands up from school because I'm not driving. To be honest I'd rather stay out of that arrangement...

Yes my scales have gone down...just the wheat bloat though. It will stabilise.... Hope you're do something dynamic for tomorrow or at least you sts for weigh in.

Will be 3 yrs on 26th of March...but have to admit it's gone quickly.

I find the twins quite a challenge...probably because they're my grandsons and I know they bleat to Sarah if I tell them off for not doing as they're told or being rude. And of course it's their version she gets... And I always worked with parents and children in playgroups and social services so can't say I don't know how to handle them.
I know she has to work etc but I just think when she gets home tired she's all for a quiet life and is too soft with them!
So maybe I just have to tell her when the moment comes that I'd rather not. Her mother in-law is already 70 and collects one day a week too. Although the twins will be 10 in August so will change schools September 2016, they're intending to send them to a village comprehensive school...so they could need collecting until they're at least 16!!!! That's 2021...so mil will be 77!!
