Well am taking the old antibiotics again so maybe it will settle, not too bad this morning and shall eat carefully again today and see how it goes.

I agree...I was given them when I had an extraction in case of infection but never took them.

Went out the morning for some bits of shopping and a new outside doormat... Also met a friend of Sarah's in Sainburys. She knows I do SW and indeed did it herself years ago and has just rejoined now to lose a few pounds. She started on Monday...said she was 'starving'!! We talked about what she could have for breakfast...took her over to the yogurts that she could have free...also some salad dressings. She's vegetarian and had some pkts of quorn in her trolley. She asked me about local evening groups so think she'll transfer to mine and also wants to bring her daughter who's aged 9...she's in the same class as the twins.
Then home for a late lunch!

Bought a small bottle of teriyaki sauce (150g) a while back from aldi (forgot about it until I saw it in the cupboard)...just did a syn calculate...1 syn = 1 tbsp. About the same as any jar of sauce. Just opened it for a taster...Mmm nice!

Probably the chicken style pieces I like...
I remember us chatting about it but it was only when I saw some in aldi's that I bought it...wasn't looking for it. They had it as a special I think and I thought as it's a small bottle won't be such a waste if I didn't like it. Joseph tasted it too but didn't care for it.

I ran them though the syn calculator once and they came out free. I like them very much. I usually cook them in a stir fry so they get brown.

Well I think this texture is just like eating chicken... made from soya.

Scales + 3/4lb. Hum.. probably the meds... been taking co-codamol at night too.
