Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Was really disappointed yesterday when my consultant had the fat free natural yogurt as 5 syns per tub, I love it, its so thick and creamy and still bought one today. However checking online it seems to still be syn free its the low fat variety that is 5 syns per 500g tub. I did get the fat free Rhubarb and Vanilla yog from Asda today but really didn't like it very much and won't be buying it again! (it was syn free so I bought it to try).

Janet the website says all 500g of the fat free yog is still syn free! You are very disciplined spooning out 100g. I like all 500g or at least 300g with my hazlenut choc options with my weetabix and fruit - what a treat for 2syns. Thanks for your thoughts. I know the low fat variety is 5 syns so make sure its the fat free kind I get. I got the rhubarb and vanilla yog from Asda as it was syn free and REALLY DIDN'T like it very much , I won't buy it again! Have a great Friday! and even better weekend everyone!

Yoghurt seems to be such a confusing minefield which is free and which isn't

If syns online says it's free then it's free and I'd let your consultant know so they aren't giving out wrong advice.

Glad you had a nice catch up with your friend Janet

Glad to hear you both had a nice time with friends. I am delighted to have got my shopping done this afternoon - Aldi and Asda and my fridge is full now and my hubby commented how happy he knows it makes me to have a full fridge, there are LOTS of yogurts (love the Shape Rhubarb Crumble - 1/2 syn) which I can't get from my local Sainsburys and quite a bit of salad! :) Hate shopping but love food!

I didn't see anything of the Eclipse down here, it just looked like a dull low cloudy day.

Scales up 1/4lb...that's OK.

Just off to asda to stock up on some meat free stuff, well see what they have because they don't keep huge stocks in that store.
I think I walked a little too much yesterday as my ankle is sore this morning. Or maybe just sitting for a long time in my boots, I find that happens at group too.

I think I remember you have a similar session at the hairdressers when it was your birthday? I've no idea about hairdressers, the last one I was in was in 1992.

I was running so low on meat free foods; mainly because Joseph really likes some of them too.

Ah the scales...mine were up 1/4lb...I checked that sundae on the website last night and seems it was just fruit and cream; they must have cut out the ice cream. Thankfully my eyes haven't been affected!!
