Awww don't be fed up you know you've done all you can and our bodies don't lose weight at a set time on a set day just cos we want them too
 
Very true...but I mostly get by with cutting back for a few days, not 6 days!! That's what hurts!

Just chatting with Matt on fb...he came 812th out of 2998 runners. He was very pleased with that placing.

Well done to Matt, he deserves to be pleased with that!

I wish I could get my head around six days!

Went to pick up a click & collect parcel from Cotton Trader so stopped and had the cheesecake in their cafe. Joseph's was the carrot cake...I didn't eat both things! lol
 
Janet I did lose 1lb but needed to lose 2lb to get back in target - NEXT WEEK I am sure. The holiday booked is fantastic, a bit jealous but then I have 2 weeks off work for Easter so can't complain realy! hugs to everyone x
