Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

I reckon it's as hard as losing all those pounds too!! From what I've heard at group amongst fellow target members, we all like to try and stay at the lower end of the target range...less stressful!

I preferred to be at the lower end, as it gives you more freedom, I just don't seem to be able to get back there, as now, I am more towards the top end!

I had a bagel with vegetable tofutti cheese when I was away !

I remember you saying that about the lactofree cheese .
A tub lasts me about 2 weeks maybe even 3 before it goes off but usually when I open a tub I plan my meals around it like
Smoked salmon and cream cheese on corn cakes
Baked sweet potato with cream cheese
As a dip with carrots cucumber etc
And even in soup
I know there are loads more uses but my brain is like mud at the moment !

Thanks for those ideas...I have to get past the 'spreading it on Ryvita' stage. That's what I wanted it for really but should do some lateral thinking!

OK...so today was an off plan day for sure.
We went out to Eastbourne and had a "meat free" carvery meal...including stuffing, roasties, large yorkshire and veggie gravy. That was very nice and then I had a dish of blackcurrant Eaton Mess! That was extremely delish.
Later I had an Options (took a flask of hot water) and 4 Bournville dark choc biscuits! (Oh boy they are good!) Needless to say....I don't want anything for supper tonight!
We probably walked for about 3+hrs...doubt it will impact that lot though!

I did brave the scales this morning...it's called 'shock tactics' in my book! 10.6 1/4....say no more!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: jacket potato, chicken style pieces with stirfry veggies and Cantonese sauce (4 1/2)
Snack: Options (2) small 85% dark choc (7)

Scales down 2 1/2lb this morning...bit more respectable at 10.3 3/4!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: 2 sausages, steamed veggies, (left over) homemade savoury rice (?) chilli sauce (1)
Snack: Options (2) small 85% dark choc (7)
Supper: corn thins (HexB) Heinz sandwich spread (1.5) grapes, minis (HexB)

What to eat with my corn thins for supper? 1 tbsp nutella = 4 syns or Heinz sandwich spread 1 tbsp = 1.5 syns. Better finish up the sandwich spread jar then! (that nutella might be a bit too moreish for me to handle!)

Total syns: 13.5 + savoury rice (?)

Good 2nd days eating...that's me, an all or nothing person! :sigh:
