Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

Thanks Jaffa...had a bit of a brain wave last night...I have several boxes of 75mg thyroid meds that I used to take in Spain from time to time as needed. So decided to abandon the 50+25 and just take a 75, same difference. I've got plenty so will be alright until tested in December. So far I feel fine too...it's usually a couple of hours after taking the meds that I started to feel unwell.

Thankfully the fish & chips did me no harm...scales down 1/2lb! :D
Just off to another town with some big stores that sell mattresses so will eat out today. Hopefully not too far off plan though...
 
Breakfast: Options, chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt
Lunch: tuna & sweetcorn sandwich, pkt lightly salted Kettle crisps, 4 biscuits.
Later: piece hot choc fudge cake and ice cream
Supper: Options, corn thins, Tofutti, plums.

Walked a long way today so maybe that offset something?

Scales up 1 1/4lb this morning...I know what that was all about!

Breakfast: Options, chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt, 6 walnuts
Lunch: jacket potato, Adsa red pepper & chickpea Brazilian grill, peas
Snack: Options, 85% dark chocolate and brownies at my sisters.
Supper: minis, grapes and some chocolates!

Not my best day...back to plan tomorrow I think! :eek:

Ha ha Lynne..yes me and chocolate are a whole story!
Having said that, scales were down 1/2lb this morning so that was surprising!

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, apple & grapes with Alpro plain yogurt - (HexA), 6 walnuts - (HexB)
Lunch: 1/2 SW quiche with veggies, 3 eggs & soya cheese - (part HexA), small salad, jacket potato, really low mayo (1/2)

*Added some chopped tomatoes as we have loads from the garden, also had more success using the soya cheese. It's not good at melting so added it to the veggies and then poured the eggs over.

Snack: Options (2) 4 chocs, 85% dark chocolate (10)
Supper: corn thins (HexB) Tofutti (part HexA) grapes.

Total syns: 14 1/2

Scales down another 1/2lb...10.3, would like a bit more progress before weigh in on Weds.

My son is coming for a meal tonight, I don't like eating a main meal in the evening so will try and keep it light.

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: other 1/2 quiche, (part HexB) tomatoes & cucumber and really light mayo (1/2)
Snack: Options (2) small bar 85% dark chocolate (7)
Collected my twin grandsons from school and ate some things I shouldn't have...feel disappointed in myself!:mad:
Supper: fry light roast potatoes, steamed veggies and veggie gravy. (Husband & son had chicken & asparagus pie too)

Not a good day for a Monday! :sigh:

Thankfully slept better last night, up early for the dentist this morning...may need antibiotics?
Scales said 10.3 again...so thankfully no gain from yesterday...need to eat very light today for weigh in tomorrow!

It's my daughter's birthday today...and my sister's! Saw my sister on Saturday. I usually buy a choc cake for my girl (not for me!) so will see her later this afternoon for a while. My eldest grandson is also taking his theory driving test today...hope he passes.

Breakfast: Options (2) chopped fruit & Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: jacket potato, feta (HexA) mixed salad, fat free dressing.
Snack: Options (2) small bar 85% dark choc (7)
Supper: 2 bags minis (HexB's) fruit.

Prescribed antibiotics for tooth, didn't cave to a slice of choc cake and my grandson passed his theory...pretty good day!

Supper: 3 ryvita, tofutti spread, grapes.

Think I've had my fill of extras today!
