He certainly felt better when he got up but the outing was just to Sainsburys.
Food today:
Breakfast: Options (2) chopped banana, grapes & apple and cherry Alpro yogurt (HexA) 6 walnuts (HexB)
Lunch: lentils and lots of chopped veggies, Knorr vegetable stock pot.
Snack: Options (2) 85% dark chocolate (7)
Supper: Sainsburys corn thins (HexB) Tofutti (HexA) grapes.
Total syns: 11
I really liked the corn thins and found them nice and filling, hope they suit me better than Ryvita. Also searched until I found the From Heaven lemon cheesecake!! As if I needed that...lol. Shall try it tomorrow for sure!!
