Oh to be a consistent Target Member!!

I hope you had a good day.

I had a fab day it couldn't have been better really.

Thanks Lynne & Jaffa...was a mixed day really. My sister in law was in an argumentative mood from the moment she walked towards the car...:sigh: most of which was aimed at Joseph & her friend. Maybe she knows better than to tackle me! Glad your day was good Jaffa...I'll hop over and read your diary next.

You knew it was going to be an uncomfortable meeting Janet, but the nut wellington was delicious, so that's good.

Oh it's taken me so long again to get onto minimins!
Thanks Jaffa...it actually was awful and spoiled the day. We drove 55 miles each way for a load of verbal and for her to expect a taxi service to get some shopping!! It took us both a long time to switch off last night and get to sleep. :grumble:

Scales up 1lb - 10.5 1/2...

Thanks Jaffa & Lynne...we both feel 'battle' weary today! :sigh:
I don't have any plans to go out except to collect some prescriptions from the chemist later. Just doing some cooking this morning and a cake for the Christmas Fayre I'm helping at tomorrow. Joseph is working hard on stripping the varnish off the table we got in the swap...he really is an artisan.

I don't usually mind cooking him meat just haven't done mince for a few years. I often use soya mince but it doesn't seem to agree with Joseph, most likely the sauce though.

Thanks...yes the mini quiches were very nice. Another SW lady works for my Sarah and was offering me a small sausage roll. I asked her if she was at target yet because I haven't seen her for a year and she looks like she may be...but no, a few more pounds to go. Anyway I refused the s. roll (meat) and told her she should be eating one of my mini quiches! She enjoyed that. Next punter was Sarah (who was obviously hungry) but didn't expect to find peas in there so only took one bite and gave it back to me! lol.
Jaffa, recipe was: saute onions & peppers, zucchini, cooked some peas, 3 eggs, hard goats cheese grated (hexa) salt & pepper. I started out with 2 eggs but needed an extra one for 6 quiches.
Sprayed frylight in silicon cases and they were straight out, no sticking. Very impressed.
