Yes good Luck Janet, mine will only be this afternoon (5pm), hoping for a STS as well. However I feel so much better in myself that I normally do at this time of year! Hope you all have a good Tuesday!

Yes I was alright with that gain. Had to laugh this week...as a group we had 9lbs losses and 41lbs gains!
Given our new packs and quite a good explanation of the new plans. I can see that green & red actually can fit into this plan. But as I'm still into eating Christmas goodies I'm just going to carry on thinking green plan for this week. Then I may give it a try and see how it feels.
 
Janet and Jaffa, well done! Neither are bad increases for Christmas! I felt my stomach was bloated today so really wasn't looking forward to weigh in! However I got a 'very well done' from
my consultant as I lost 3lbs, so am 1lb under target now :D Yes I felt I deserved it! I have really beem good this week considering it was Christmas.

Tonight I went for an Italian meal, ate some of the breadsticks and pink sauce, two little bits of tomato garlic bread and a huge bowl of penne arabiata (chilli based - yum) and a bowl of
salad - really nice - full now. Did eat my chocolates and many of everyone elses' too! I deserve it but back on plan tomorrow.
 
Food for today and how synful I have been!! :p never mind!!

Breakfast at group: Options x 2 (it was so cold in that room!!) chopped banana, apple, grapes with alpro yogurt.
Snack: mint matchsticks & dark choc truffles
Lunch (planned yesterday! lol) bowl of homemade soup, garlic bread, homemade trifle
Snack: Options, Victoria choc biscuits! (several)
Supper: pkt soya & potato snacks, rest of trifle....all gone now!!

Spent quite a while this afternoon reading the new book...looks like some of my hex options have been taken off the lists!
 
I've seen the Fox's creams but do love chocolate biscuits. I don't get into them very often but suspect I shall eat most of them in the box!

I've been through the book, highlighting all the things I like and can eat...found that useful when I first joined SW. There are certainly some changes.
