I was delighted to find that I was not out of syns after yesterday's meal and time out. I have done some walking today and felt a little more positive :)
 
I only use wi fi to download apps. You should have entered your wi fi password on to your phone and Wi fi is like an upside triangle symbol with lines so when that's on you're on the wi fi

Out and about is when you use your 500mb and I never download anything

Google photos is set to download over wifi only

You can switch off your mobile data when out and about and just switch it on when you want to check emails get on the app etc

We only got given one tin of Fox's biscuits and no chocolate thank goodness

My phone, Blackberry, is always connected to the Wi Fi at home, and to the bluetooth in the car, hence when I forget to turn both off when out and about my battery looses it charge very quickly.

Lloyd's charge for data is because he has been using his phone in places with no free WiFi too frequently, so, he has upped his data allowance.
 
Food for today:
Breakfast: Options (2) banana, apple, grapes, alpro yogurt hexa, walnuts hexb
Lunch: jacket potato, tuna hexb, mayo (1/2) cheese (part hexa) mixed salad, fat free dressing
Snack: Options (2) small bar choc (7)
Supper: Options (2) minis hexb, meringue (2 1/2) raspberries, yogurt (part hexa)

Total syns: 16
 
A good day today Janet you should be pleased. I am proud that I still havent succumbed to the chocolates in the front room and have only eaten two breadsticks (2) and I strawberry shape yog (1/2). At least its Monday tomorrow.

Are you weighing in on Tuesday again Janet, we just have a weigh and go session Tues night and then I am going to take my hubbie and children out for a meal - thats my plan and maybe have 5 chocolates as I always overindulge on
weigh day so if I can stay to this plan it will be excellent. I'll try my best!!!

Yes Donna...I need to be at weigh in because I'm weighing everyone in!! lol. I did intend to go anyway, like last year (gained 1.5lbs though!)
Afterwards...I suspect I shall put my mind to a few days of demolishing some more boxes in the cupboard!!
Where are you going for your family meal?
 
It was so cold this morning I broke part of my car boot. The handle to lift the boot sheered right off so I had to get my husband out of the house at 8am to duct tape it back on

Nissan advised not worth getting new part as apparently it can be super glued back on so that's his wknd job
 
Tut...yes the cold can do that. Not the same I know but I sometimes lose a large chunk of a finger nail that way...not that I have long nails!

Have just read an interesting article on SW website. They're full of the new plan info and there's a consultant who is vegetarian and only ever did green days. She lost 11lb in 3 weeks...she said.

Yes, there does seem to be a lot of unhappy green plan members, but, equally, I feel the same as a red/original, as I liked my additional hexa for cheese, and liked carbs limited to a hexb

Maybe less members actually do the red plan? To be honest Lynne, I'm just glad I'm at target and know what to do if I need to rein myself in again for weigh in. Members still on their journey are going to have to get their heads around the new plan and forget the old one if they were doing EE. I know they say it's not so different but I suspect it is.
I'll mostly carry on tweaking as I go to fit in with my personal eating plan. I've always kept a daily food diary in a small notebook and am really only aware of how many Hex's I use because I record them here. Some days I have 3 of each.

Total syns: 11 1/2

Well that's it for today...have to see what the weigh in says in the morning! I was 10.3 at group last week...would be happy with a STS but even a small increase wouldn't be too bad after all the choccies I've consumed this week!
