In my former marriage we had a timeshare apartment in Los Cristianos but only went during the summer hols for 2-3 weeks because of school. We ate out for the evening meal and always at local places. This was back in late 80s early 90s. It was cheap back then with the peseta.

Yes still eating the walnuts to see if they lower my cholesterol as the doctor told Joseph. Although I haven't been hauled in for a blood test yet...think it was due December.

I love walnuts, and have so far resisted sitting down and cracking and eating the ones I bought for Christmas!

I used to eat loads of natural nuts but when I started sw I stopped, was a bit afraid to eat them but I haven't noticed they've made any difference. They are good protein & oil of course.

I used them a few times as a HexB when I would try to boost my weight loss by using different choices other than bread etc

I'm feeling terrible to be honest just had a lay down for 2 hours but I couldn't sleep at all as I just couldn't breathe my mother is still sleeping it's just gone 5pm here

We're exactly the same time as UK

Pharmacies don't appear to be open today - Sunday and the supermarket doesn't sell anything like that

But not too worry I'm back Tuesday night and hopefully it will be nearly over

I'm now drinking hot chocolate to warm up and I'm ignoring they milk content and just praying it won't upset me too much

The coffee isn't that palatable and I drink black coffee but I can't drink this one
