I am now suffering terrible twitchiness since I can't get weighed till tomorrow night when I get home
I'm trying not to worry but yes weigh in hits my nervous spot even after all this time !

just read your messages guys and I'm glad its not just me nervous on weigh in day or the day before. Hope you have a good journey home and all the ailments you have suffered on your holiday will ease when you get back. Hugs to you all. :grouphugg:
 
No I meant weighing on my scales !

Don't get back to Manchester airport till after 8pm so definitely no official weigh in this week

OK...glad I'm not THAT confused then Jaffa!! lol. No don't stress over your own scales...and you have a whole week to shape up.

Have done 4weeks so far - was told 6-8....then wear my short laces up ankle boots for extra support. Consultant said it will heal & repair in time but wasn't actually specific. ....probably hard to be. I can walk on it without the boots but yesterday made the mistake of going up stairs and not putting my foot on a whole stair, only half...that was a big ouchy!
