Thanks. ...up another 1/4 - 10.4 1/2...sometimes the more I try the less results I see.

That's only a little tiny up, hopefully it won't even be there on official scales, but you are still well in Target range, so, all will be good?

I'm having my usual day off plan...always like some biscuits and something with pastry for lunch.
I always get a right lecture from Joseph about this...he says it's like lapsing back to an addiction!! Yeah right...the food I like to eat! :sigh: But after a week of mostly staying with it, I see it as my reward! :cool:

This mornings taster session I had...(wait for it!) 2 pieces of herbed potatoes!! Everything else was either meat, quark or dairy...
