I wish the scales were that kind to me! I haven't weighed myself though but trying not to eat more than usually do the day before weigh in. My father in law being sent back to hospital today Janet thankfully as he's very poorly. :)
 
Dad still hasn't got a bed yet! And so my dh and his sister are still sitting waiting on plastic chairs at the hospital - poor them. he left here at 2.30pm :confused: I have eaten lots of food, hope it doesn't affect my weigh in tomorrow, but what will be will be! Still within my syn allowance though and its all been S or P foods ;)

Yes would like to think so Jaffa but on past experience I dip and then bob up and down...would prefer the big dip on weigh in day! :cool:

Oh Donna that is so typical of hospitals...I expect beds are scarce with flu etc around. Just hope & pray they find him on very soon.
Sounds like you'll be alright. We're allowed those syns (need mine too!) and nothing wrong with S or P foods!! Hang in there....:bighug:

OK managing to hold the scales...down 1/4lb - 10.4 1/4....not planning on doing anything daft today!! :p

Going to do a little shopping in one of our multi supermarket hops...bits here bits there! Ankle not feeling brilliant though. Looks like we have sunshine all day today so will be nice to get out for a while.
 
Take care Janet. My dh got home at 11pm yesterday, they had got a bed for his dad thankfully. On visiting duty this afternoon. We have had another lovely family walk today but at least Antony could join us today. :)

Antony & his sister must have been exhausted last night! At least you have some h/t time to fit those visits in...
Did you have some sunshine for your lovely walk? It's been really nice here but not at all what I'd call warm!

The shopping was indeed an expedition...was glad to get home, although I made us lunch too. Joseph is really getting into my veggie foods! He loves the L.Mc mozarella burgers & even ate a vegetarian country pie today! :cool:

We went to Lidls and I was surprised to see some gluten free products...we got a box of buckwheat flakes cereal to try...and I got a box of choccy teacakes! :p No :eat: today of course!!
 
Scales REALLY did not smile for me today and I do not know why! Oh well here starts a new week. ;) Good luck to everyone else!

Oh...so sorry Donna...and I know you'd had a good week; sometimes those scales sure do their own thing!! :sigh:
But I know you're still in target range so....onwards!! :bighug:
