hope you enjoyed them Janet. I just had a Freddo choc bar, I offered some to my daughter first and she said NO so I had to eat it all and I really enjoyed it. Try not to eat too many more - you don't want to regret it!

Don't worry Donna...I'm truly back on the straight and narrow today and will stay there until weigh in!! Joseph was dipping into the box and asked if I'd like one but I graciously declined and had my usual bar of dark choc. I do have will power when necessary.

Glad you enjoyed your Freddo bar...I remember buying those for my two children...back in the 1970s!!

I've been to the town this morning, first time since before new year...walking is still a bit of a strain so was glad to get back to the car again.
We had a very late lunch...3.30...took some doing not to snack while it was cooking too! :eek:
 
Freddo's are only 5 syns and cadburys - so so worth it! Janet well done for leaving the chocolates to your hubbie! And be patient with yourself the walking speed will improve with time.
I suspect we may not get away for a night, things are not great but we'll see. Still following the plan though and writing it down, mostly!
 
Donna...I have a big problem with milk & white chocolate...for me it's rather addictive!! The dark stuff is much better when I can have my small bar only!

Oh sorry if that means things have changed re your father in-law...just hoping for the best. My sister in-law and brother in-law are about to celebrate their 50th Golden anniversary but it's so sad because he's in a nursing home and all his wife can do is visit etc.

Yes I'm learning not to run before I can walk again...patience is a virtue for sure.
 
Lynne did you go to see 50 shades of grey on Friday/Saturday? Did you enjoy it? Was it as good as the book. I think Christian is quite cute but really dont like all the facial hair the actor has now - I think he is trying to 'hide from the film character' under all that facial hair. I really don't like facial hair on my man myself. :D
 
Thanks Janet for telling me about Lynne. Hope your foot settles down soon and thank you for all the advice on your message. I feel like I am starving myself today but haven't been silly in any way - yet! However am planning an Italian Meal out of Tuesday night after weigh in - we deserve it. :cool:

In my Son's flat in London, so enjoying the internet while Lloyd and Kate watch some tv.

Yes Donna, I did go to see it, and thought it was a load of rubbish, and more laughable than anything!
