Feeling slightly better about things today and I am not going to go out for this birthday dinner tonight as I dont want to eat s...t.

This morning is off to a good start with food and water so far, however I will have to eat a generic salad from the canteen today as I was called in to work this morning and it's my day off.

I loosely measured my waist this morning and I think it said 83cm's and I want to get to 75cm in 5 weeks time, before I go back to Perth and visit family. Honestly I was too nervous to actually want to know what the damage was on the tape measure!!!!

Not sure what day I will make my measure in day?
Have you heard from Abz?

well i haven't lost a sodding thing this week. i'm really annoyed. i have to just keep going i guess but my losses are slowing massively. i think water is the problem this week... anyhoo, i have hit my third goal on my scales very easily but i go by my cdc's on these things and she's been away for a few weeks. i think it's next week i go back. i hope so because i don't want to go tonight, ha. so hopefully next tuesday i'll be into my goal three and will be setting my sights on the 13s. looks like my denmark goal is thoroughly gone though. no way am i going to be a 16 by then... but at least i'm comfy in my 18s...

Well DAY (FINAL) 1!

Its Wednesday and I am off to a flying start with the water. Too true Abz it is the key not only to flushing out the toxins but not feeling hungry.

Linz, I'm off to the market to stock up in about 2 hours. I've got the day off and doing some house work, school work and maybe a job application if I find the time.

I am however, going to go to the gym with hubby this afternoon. You must hold me to this!

I'll keep you posted and the key is not to think about this whole diet thing as we create this unnesecsary pressure and then we doubt ourselves and buckle.

We have done it before so we are capable and WE, are also the one in charge of us not the food!

No so here goes again...

I did pretty damn good today; ate lunch out (see my diary), then had fish and vege in the oven for dinner (didn't weigh though as hubby and I were having a family meal) I do feel really chuffed with myself and think I drank about 2.6ltrs of water.

How are you going?

I'm off to bed and very late I might add! I want to only here good reports when I wake up in the morning and read you post. Remember we are both locked into this and must not break the focus. This munchie time no longer exists okay.

Trick to not picking is to train yourself to not eat standing up. Make it a rule in your mind, telling yourself "no eating standing up". Get a notebook and give yourself credit whenever you actively notice yourself not eating standing up. It really works.

started with a taster of the kids pasta.... did it without even realising! Thats a habit I've got to break!


I do this when making my lunch, hubby's lunch and when i'm putting the shopping away.

I do have a solution for this.... Put a piece of chewing gum in just before you go into the kitchen to start the cooking, works for me.
