I had the baby "weighed" yesterday at the scan, and she is 5lb 3oz, still only put 12lbs on. please pray that I done wack on a stone in these last 5 weeks! rofl! :rolleyes:

Little Legs - the snack pot was the one advertised in recent SW mag... I found it in the chilled section....was ok but nothing special - wouldn't say it was worth the money though!

Well done on your journey. I can't believe how much you like your tangy crisps & piccalilli! I love the simplicity of your food diary & might have to adopt it if that's okay?

I noticed earlier about 3 weeks ago that you had a coconut options - these are actually 1.5 syns, not 2!

Good luck for your next weigh in.
 
Our C insists on 10 syns a day for everyone regardless of size and your food diary does prove that eating your full syns still gets a loss. I was sceptical that eating so many crisps would get a loss but you are clearly doing something right.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice re. Options Coconut (had one tonight) - sometimes I like to round up my syns so def. safe come weigh in - LOL!! Just a quirky thing I sometimes do....thanks for letting me know though Newslimmerme.
Jillyg - my old C used to preach you HAD to use all 15 syns so when you eventually plateaud you'd be able to reduce them slightly. My first week I didn't feel I needed them and my C stressed I HAD to use up all 105 that week.....so... one day I had a good selection of tasties to use them up (this was years ago BTW) and my first week I lost 9 lbs!!! This time round my losses are much slower but steadily the numbers on the scales and tape measure are reducing which is the main thing.

it's really interesting to see your diary, i always feel so bad about having crisps or anything even if i have the syns there, i really want to try your approach, but in all honesty im a bit scared too!
 
Woodsylou - don't be scared to try any approach - so long as you stick within your syns daily allowance - enjoy them! I do ;)
To be honest.............if my menus didn't include crisps I'd feel deprived and 'on a diet' - the crisps keep me going - LOL!!!
