OMG, GymClassHero, that look aaammaaaaaaazing! Whats the recipe?? x

It tastes pretty damn good to! The recipe is:

4 scan bran/oat bran biscuits
2 ryvita dark rye
1 mullerlight yogurt - whatever flavour you like (i used strawberry for mine)
1 sachet sugar free jelly cystals - same or very similar flavour to the yogurt
600g very low fat natural cottage cheese
75g vert low fat natural fromage frais

  • Crush scan/oat bran and ryvita
  • Press crushed biscuits into the base of a medium sized loose bottomed flan/cake tin
  • make up the jelly with only 1/4 pint of boiling water, mix thoroughly and set aside to cool
  • Mix the mullerlight, cottage cheese and fromage frais using a blender or food processor
  • Add the cooled jelly liquid and blend again
  • Pour ontop of crushed and pressed biscuits and leave to set for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight
  • Decorate top of the cheesecake with the berries/fresh fruit of your choice
Get ready for it.........

6 1/2 SYNS FOR THE WHOLE CAKE!!!!!

Sausage, Bean & Potato Casserole

This was inspired from Donnie46, so thank you very much! I love how versatile this is and you can literally throw anything in the pan (I used the leftovers from my fridge)!

1 HEX A for whole thing.

This variation contained:

1 orange pepper, chopped
4 mushrooms, chopped
2 small sticks celery, chopped
1 tin Heinz Mean Beanz - Smokey BBQ
1 tin Heinz Mean Beanz - Sweet Chilli
1 pack Quorn Cumberland sausages
few glugs of Worcester sauce
1 tsp american style mustard
5 large new potatoes, sliced thinly
42g reduced fat cheddar, grated

Cook the Quorn sausages until brown, then slice thickly. In the meantime, saute the pepper, mushrooms and celery for about 10 mins. Add the beans and sausages, worcester sauce & mustard. Mix thoroughly and pour into casserole dish. Top with sliced potato and spray with Frylight. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Bake (although I put my oven on the bake & grill setting) for about 10 mins, until potatoes are nearly cooked. Top with the cheese and grill or bake for a further 5-10 mins until golden.

stacey that looks really yummy. I only wish they did proper low fat or any type of english sausage here, they all seem to be hot dogs or breakfast sausages flavoured with maple syrup. lol

Oh and your eggs always look perfect. Whats your secret?

I pre-heat the grill then spray a pan with Frylight and cook the eggs for a few mins, then put under the grill for 1-2 mins until yolk is cooked to my liking!

OOooh thats a clever way of doing them, Sadly though despite having a huge oven, it doesnt have a grill. (I don't think any of the makes over here do, I certainly haven't seen any)

Here is my brunch from today and was gawjus, its warm breakfast salad from ee cook book
