Why don't you aim to cut the 13.5 down by 1 minute each week until you hit 9 or 10 mins then sustain it.

That's a good idea.... I just know if I set something myself, that I'm gonna be too tough on myself, and make it that I kill myself in the process!

chocolate and vodka do mix really really well and it tastes delicious. We used to make it in a pub I used to work in as a freebee with bills etc. just melt a load of chocolate in pan and add vodka, have to stir fast and hard but its ggrreeeaaat. especially when you get inventive like with choc orange and aero... As for the running. I wish I could run, people look soooo calm and care free when I see them running about, maybe one day I'll have the guts and energy to go out and join them, well done to you though

Right slacko me is back...

Extremely tail between legs and feeling very cross with my self!

I've been using the excuse card so much and really should have just been getting on with things and not wasting 4 months of my life.

We are now in may which I can not believe! Where is this year going??

I've booked flights home for my best friends 30th, which he doesn't know anything about. So very much looking forward to that. But it does put the pressure on to get back to what I was when I went back for our wedding. Which was just.under 11 stone.

I'm very ashamed to write that I now weight 13 stone 4.8lbs. :-0

Yes I'm almost in tears writing that.

I stopped weighing myself put the scales away and just didst care. But now my clothes have got tight and I'm embarrassed to go into the gym now that all my gym clothes cut into me!

But I've managed to find a couple of things that don't completely cut me in half and I'm back in there.

I've started my 100 mile challenge again this month and so far so good. Bit it is only day 2 lol.

So 2 stone at least needs to go! I don't want it on me anymore! I hate hate hate it!

Here goes for the billionth time!
