Pretty little blue Pill!!!- the fight to the end!!!!!

Hi kes!

Glad to see you back!

Slightly concerned your lost in the mass of fad diets! :(

I think if you think cc is the way forward great but maybe give it a bit longer Than a couple of weeks! Your bound to feel lacking in energy as your constantly surprising your body!

Your feel soooo much better once you settle into a plan properly! You know you can do this you've done it before!!

Come on gal ;) xxxx

It's not a case of I couldn't do it or handle it... I just can't put in a 1500 calorie burning workout when tour on 600 calories for the day..

It would just run me into the ground and I just can't afford to do it..

But so far so good, I'm doing well, trying to stick to the rules. Although some chocolate has crept into the equation lol..

Found my love for Ben and jerries frozen yoghurt.... Mmmmmm

Kes no one has suggested that! X

No what I meant by that is you keep changing plans/diets and don't seem to be settling into one - but tfr are fad diets they aren't long term enough not to be!

What was worrying me is the fact you keep switching means you yoyo until you find "the one" ;) lol xx

I planned to be on that tfr until October. But my back won't allow it.
I'm on and off my commitments to my diet.

I also don't believe tfr diets are fad diets if done correctly. You can lose the weight and keep it off if you do it right.

No I didn't say fad bc you'd gain it back I said fad bc it's not long term! You cant do that forever! They can work well but they aren't a healthy eating plan it's no different to slim fast Cambridge lighter life etc!

I don't understand?! Your back?! I thought you said it was bc of your exercising?! Have you injured yourself?! :(

I have to go back to exercising because my back has become too weak. I stopped exercising because of being on a tfr.

Ah ok that makes sense ... Pilates all round then :)

I do three a week any way...

But yeah... bring it on... feeling the burn from my workouts this week...

Kettlercise is good for strengthening your back, I have had little or no pain in my back since starting with the kettle bells, I used to get a sore back from ironing, dishes, and lifting my kids sometimes - mentioned it to instructor and she said that because kettlercise strengthens your core it also helps your back :)

The gym I go to doesn't have any kettle bells. But the new program I'm on.... man do my.muscles hurt.... and its been 3 days... still feeling the burn.

But I've got Pilates this morning, then I'm going to go to the gym and burn 1400-1500 cals on the cardio equipment,

We are out for dinner tonight, I think we might be going to prezzo, so I am going to give the light version of something a go and see what its like....

Anyone been and tried anything light there?

You must be in the gym hours to burn that much - that's the equivalent of 3-4spin classes - what are you doing?!

How many cals are you eating?! X

I'm eating around 1500 cals per day if I'm exercising if I'm not then I drop it down to 1200-1300

Exercise I did today 1 hour of Pilates, 1 hour on the cross trainer, and I'm just finishing 30 mins on the bike and I'm at 1450 cals

So your net is 0cs then so your loose more weight this week that of on a tfr! So aiming for 7-10lbs I guess god that's loads!!

What level do you ride/cross train on?! That's a lot of cals mine never burns that much!!! Dish the info!! I need that kind of burn! Xx

That's just what my hrm comes up with... all the data on there gets changed every week with my weight losses/gains.... the monitors on the actual cardio machines are rubbish so I don't follow them

I very much doubt that I will lose 7-10lbs. That's just not ever going to happen. Not even on a tfr diet I've lost that much

Ah ok maybe I'll invest in one then I just presumed the machines were usually right as my weight is on my key fob! But I have heard they aren't overly accurate! Which hrm do you have?!

Would be interesting to see the diff though hey!!

I think your be surprised kes that's a huge deficit of calories I reckon your loose a huge number this week it would be impossible not to with that kinda work! :) bring on wi hey :D think how great your feel xxx

I have a polar one... It's got flower on it... It was about £200 when I first got it.
