So that's a bit better... Hopefully I will loose the other pound today and I will be back to what I was before the weekend, and I can record a good loss this week..

Yesterday didn't go as according to plan, really need to bring my will power back at work...

And the tablets start today, (said that yesterday but I honestly forgot lol....)

So I'm gonna have a shake (slim fast breakfast) as its quick and easy for breakfast, and I did it before.. Then I'm at work (crèche) and the. Home to check out my new Zumba wii game.....

well i cant believe, what i did yesterday...
im so annoyed with myself.
ive got all this weight to lose (again) and i go and sit there and stuff my face full of absolute Crap!!

im being completly honest from now on and im not going to hide the fact that i have bad days (i used to just ignore them and they wouldnt matter.)

so it started off with my mood being completely positive and happy that some of the weekend weight had gone, and then i go and stuff it all up...

food yesterday... (everyone yell at me!!)
2 packs of Belvita breakfast plain yoghurt things (thats 4 biscuts in total)

then i had some chorizo, a whispa chocolate bar, then i felt like some cookie dough so i made some shortbread for a friend at work who is having a crappy time so i ate some of the cookie dough, and then i had some cheesy mashed potato when i made my husband some dinner, and then some cheese, and then 3 small packs of Doritos cheese...

what the hell happened to me...

its like my brain switched off, and i didnt know what i was doing to myself.

but here is "that" line... and im not going to let it get me down.

i woke up feeling like poo about yesterday, but i have decided that i will hold onto that feeling and if i feel like im going to do anything like it again then i will look back at that moment and see that i was unhappy, and it made me feel horrible...

well so far the scales didnt move.. (thank goodness) and i hope that they just go down..

i feel more positive as the day goes by, and i am going to walk to work so that will be my exercise for today, and then tomorrow i will be starting my Zumbaring...

this is the first time in ages that i have been on the actuall minis site rather than the app, and boy has it changed.... going to go and get a feel for the site...
 
Exactly! Sometimes confessing on here helps to draw that line! It's there done you've acknowledged it and moved on!

We all have these days but it's how move on and get over them that's keeps us going!

Youve already made your plan to combat any damage that's great! Xx
 
Well I'm happy to report I had a 100% day yesterday, which was brilliant, and I started the tablets again which is what I wanted to do...

Today the scales say a little loss ( which I'm happy with anything!!!nn )
13 stone 6.8lbs so I'm happy.

I didnt drink as much as I would have liked yesterday, but I still drank more than 2.5lts so I did the recommendation.

Today I have to work in the crèche in the morning, then I'm going to do the Zumba wii game. I've said it for day's now, that I'm going to start it, but this time I am actually going to start it... Lol

This week is now so much more positive that it started out to be, and I'm so much more focusd that I was on Tuesday.
 
well its official i have NOOOOO co-ordination what so ever...

just did the zumba Wii game, and i was all over the shop..
i know for sure that i will NOT be doing that in front of anyone.. but it was fun. something to break up the boring routine stuff that we do every day..

count down begins. 39 days until Aus!!!
 
Haha that's the exact reason I haven't taken it up!! I'm going to though I think I'd enjoy learning the routines put gym has just started bowka too I'll give that a go :) x

I will continue, but i very much doubt I will get better... My feet were all over the shop.. They definitely were not doing the same thing as the little blur on the screen that's for sure...

Well today wasn't exactly 100% to my meal plan, but only had some home made hot chips and about 50g ham extra to what was on there, so I'm not counting that... It was a good day.. I'm chuffed with how much I drank.

I don't expect to see the scales go down, but It would be nice to see a loss this week... I know my hard work will pay off, but I feel like I need it to keep me on track.. But I also need to learn not to get too disheartened if it doesn't happen. So either way I will learn to deal with it I guess..

But that's a whole week away, and I hope that the damage I did on Tuesday won't effect it anymore and that my weight will go down each day...

Well... I'm tired today... Zzzzzzzzz

Could just crawl up, duvet over me and sleep......

BUT I've got Pilates this morning... Last one till January ( as my teacher is having a baby in a few weeks...) so won't have that.. Kinda glad at it not because I won't have to do it, but because I'm sooooo broke at the min, and the amount I do I spend like £20 a week on classes, wow never really looked at it like that.... Eeekkkk anyway...
We have a coffee shop morning afterwards to kinda make it a baby shower.... (we all get along great and she is a fab teacher,) we have got her a beautiful little dress that one of the ladies made,...

I'm going to stick with a tea and my sweetner and hopefully not cave into bad cakes etc....

38 days to go to Australia....

Scales liked me this morning... 13 stone 6 lbs...

Now back to what I was last friday so any bad food I ate has hopefully not made it to the hips....
 
Kes a class is easier than the wii game I still get confused with the wii!!! Also at class you will see just how many people go wrong (trust me it's well over half the class at mine!)

Well done on yesterday, do you think posting more is helping? I know it helps me hugely (which is why in 10 months I've done over 4000 posts oops)

well i resisted the yummy cakes... but i had a naked choc mint bar... which was really nice.. and at only 135 cals.. so i didnt do too bad.

the baby shower was lovely... and nice to just get out and laugh...

going to miss pilates however...

yep, it helps so much posting on here. its so nice not to feel judged by the mistakes you make and it helps to learn from other people.


i cant do the classes, a because i work at the time of the classes, and b they are at where i work. so there is no way im gonna look like a numpty and have all the people i work with laugh at me...

right im off to go and get my nails done.. (infilled... yes i know acrylics are bad. but i need them nice for aus and then they are coming off)

Well done on resisting Kes! I threw a baby shower for a colleague a couple of months ago, it was great, wish someone had done me one!!!!

Ah I understand not wanting to go a class where you work, I don't even go to the gym which is next door to where I work as there are so many of my colleagues who go there & I really don't want them to see me sweating like a pig!!!

That is why I love it here too as I never feel judged, none of us are perfect & we understand that life gets in the way sometimes xx

It's good to see you back, and posting more. I'm lurking more than posting at the moment as I'm super busy with my new job, but I do catch up on eveyone's diaries at least once a day.
Going back to an earlier post - I know what you mean about being accountable/owning up to your cheat days. As you know I'm still VLCD-ing, but not strictly as it should be done (which I know isn't recommended,but I know the risks). Anyway, I'm really obsessive about tacking every bit of carbs/protein/calories on MFP so I can make sure I get my fill of protein and that I stay in ketosis, but what I found myself doing lately is fridge-grazing but pretending it didn't happen!
For example, I stood and ate a couple of slices of cheese without weighing/counting them the other day...I mean cheese for god's sake! You can't exactly discount cheese as a neglibible calorie food!
So I had a word with myself, sat down and forced myself to input the cheese, and the mini marshmallows and anything else that fell into my mouth. After all, what's the point in weighing out/recording 50g of lettuce, and then not bothing to count the cheese!

It's funny isn't it, how we play these tricks with ourselves!
Anyway, back to you...it sounds like you've wiped away the damage of last weekend and that you're back on track for a loss over the next few days. Have a great weekend! x
 
Thanks Hun, I've been by your diary.. I know what you mean about the vlcd and having to be strict...

Well this morning I woke up in a really grumpy mood ,, thought bloody hell this weekend is going to be the pits... But I soon came out of my mood once we got out of the house... We went shopping.. And came back and had yummy dinner... Not sure if I have had it before but I had swede chips tonight.. Par boiled them and then shoved them in the oven with a little fry light.... Obviously not as nice as potato chips but still a nice low carb and low calorie alternative.... Might season them with some herbs or chilli or something next time...

Today has been a good day and 100% day on th food front, so chuffed to bits with that.

We are planning to go on a bike ride tomorrow.... Weather permitting of course.... And hopefully a nice duvet day on Monday where I hope not to get out of bed lol.....

Hope everyone is enjoying the bank holiday...
 
Well today is sunny... That's unlike a bank holiday weekend lol

13stone 5.4lbs so happy with that.

We are going to go for a bike ride around some woods today, if we can get the bikes in the car that is lol.

But before that we are going to go to a boot sale... I've never been to one. So that should be interesting....l :)
