Yeah, actually the perspective seems very odd in the picture as he is not THAT difference to me in height, although taller as I really am teeny tiny as you put it! :eek:

I'd like to think so cos, as a mate said to me who was with us, I really didn't eat that much bad. Not exactly the best but not terrible!

I'm ok with it though, these things come up in life and I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend! Back on to the voddie/diet coke for now though!

As it was pointed out to me the other day, it's 3,500 cals per 1lb, so that would mean 10,500 cals over the weekend... I doubt it.

It's good that you can now take a gain in your stride eh, I didn't bat an eyelid about my gain this week, we know what to do to get it off now so there doesn't seem to be a fear anymore I guess, if that makes sense, and you like say, great weekend, Bonus! :D

I don't know...I did drink A LOT of beer and ale :p But you never know!

I was a bit shocked by the gain but if I let it get to me deep down that is when I will start having problems. Just need to keep going with what I USUALLY (as the weekend was unusual) do and it will all be fine.

Just think back to the gain from Spain, (where the rain falls mainly on the plain - Nicola, Poet 2010 Award Winner) that was off in no time! :) No worries!

Yeah, there is a difference this time in that I have a dinner/dance on Saturday night. But that is why I have been wild with earning the points since Monday. Got approximately 14 and there will be a lot more.

Plus will keep all my food very low points on Saturday

BTW Can I just say after some thought that I am going to continue following the old points system when it all changes.

Why?

I have read much about the other and it seems like it will work but I am a creature of habbit, I like what I am doing now and feel it is best for me. Worked so far and without meetings etc I am best sticking to what I know.

Also I believe you don't do activity points in the new one and just work from the pot of extra points. I need the activity points as - simply - if I didn't have to earn them I wouldn't be anywhere near as inclined to go out my walks and I feel giving them up is the start of a downhill slope for me!


Good thing my foods rarely change so I will know what everything still is when the packaging all changes!

Yeah, I reckon jumping on to something new at this stage would be dicey and best and down-right stupid at worst.

I semi-caved last night and had a couple of rum and diet cokes. But that is all then home to sleep on a couch!

Couches are terrible for sleeping on!

Need to head back up the road today, hopefully get a sleep when I get there!
