My birthday? That isn't until July.
 
Been out all day with a mate.

Before that I had;

Mushrooms - 0
Crisps - 1
Crispbread - 2
Yoghurt - 0.5

And had a shapers sandwich while out - 4

7.5 so far
 
Raviolli - 5.5
Meat free burgers - 3
Bread - 2.5
Crisps - 1
Yoghurt - 0.5

Hungry now so gonna have some cherry tomatoes then bed :D

I should have added that I ended the day on 22 points!

Today I am away to a lovely (haha!) town called Cumnock to help out a mates pipe band at an indoor competition. Will have a decent breakfast (meat free bacon, eggs, toast, porridge...not all this but some will be involved once I work out what I want) as I could well be out for the whole day and end up in a pub or something Will wait and see!

Ach it was alright, it wasn't as if I had to float about the town. Was all in the Academy there. In, out and no one got hurt! :p

Breakfast was;

Meat Free bacon - 2.5
Mushrooms - 0
Toast - 1
Yoghurt - 0.5
Porridge - 3

7 so far today. Had nothing else but a couple of coffees yet don't feel too hungry.

Christ I am having one boring Saturday night if I do say so myself. Got 3 points left, was feeling a bit hungry so felt best help fix that and went to the shop and got 2 litres of Irn Bru's finest diet version! That'll keep me going!

Hey, hope your having a good weekend, i've been meaning to ask what Garlic bread do you use please? everytime i go to get some it's majorly high :( and i can't find the Good for you stuff in Asda! which is apparently 0.5 per slice or something like that lol :) thanks! x

Oh must tell you I have upped my gym session and have been doing some run/walks both on the treadmill and outside around the park.

Knowing me I'll probably want to lose some more as, although that is my goal at the moment, that is the very top of a healthy BMI for someone my height.
 
Jog for 1.5 which a crispbread and yoghurt will cancel out!

Meeting a mate to go walking then a few of us are going to a pub. Could be for 1, 2 or a whole night..who knows but I am safe in the mind I have the points (12 still for today, 6 have been saved and whatever the walk earns) to cover it.
