I never know what my WI will be! I always know if I have done good but there will always be the niggling things.

This week was obviously the buffet (even though it was very well controlled) and the drinking Sunday. Went tonight not really sure at all.

The scales went to 10 stone 7lb. I hadn't looked at what I was but knew I had lost then she said it.

2.5lb loss.


...and I swore a few times!

I have never been that happy at a weigh-in result.

I keep waiting for this brick-wall that has always happened in the past, and it just isn't coming! I am absolutely chuffed to bits with tonights result, I wont lie!

And now I have the week off work! I have lost 5 and a half stone from my heaviest and am 0.5lb off my March challenge target! Never actually matched one of the challenges on here.

This week will be lots of running!

So today is my first day off. Woke up at half 8, a long lie to me! My plans were to jog and get some stuff from Tesco before heading to Glasgow tonight (seeing Dave Gorman live!).

So decided to kill 2 birds with 1 stone and jog to Tesco. I took a route that I would usually walk to see how far I could jog it. This involved going up a huge hill near the beginning and down a huge hill also. In the end I jogged for about 25 minutes and a distance of 2.6 miles which I am very happy with! 3 activity points earned also which is nice!

Now have a big pot of point free soup getting made :D


Today;

Porridge - 4.5
Yoghurt - 1

5.5
 
Soup - 0
WW Pitta - 3
Bread - 0.5 (one lonely slice left...couldn't have him sitting all alone now could I?!)

Also spent a wee while going through all my old mobile phone pictures. Quite insightful really but also I found a picture I could use as a comparison (the beauty of pictures retaining their taken date on them!).

Even I didn't think the change was this big!

That's a huge change! well done you!!! :) should be very proud of yourself! keep it up!! hehe :)nearly at target now also! incredible!

Oh and while i'm at it well done for loss this week ;) hehe it's amazing that you can still pull off big numbers after the huge loss you've already done! will get the last 13lbs off in no time! keep up the jogging! :)

So tonight was my birthday present from my wee brother coming to fruition, we went to see Dave Gorman. Superb! :D With that I had

Guiness x 2 = 6
'spoons 5 bean chili - 9

That put me 3 over but my running cancelled it out so 22 for the day. I also had a couple of spirits so took a few points off the ones I am carrying from saving up!
