Will place me at 18.5 for the day.
 
Should add, about to do my usual pre-pipe band practice walk which earns 2 points.

I think if I lose 1 more pound the points earned from that walk then becomes 1.5! Typical! :D
 
Banana 0.5? I put that down wrong, my fault. Should have been 1.5 so 19.5 for the day. 2.5 saved for Friday plus the 2 from walking. Meaning currently carrying 6.5 when Sundays walk also added in!

Was in 2 minds to go to the meeting tonight as I have the cold.

But as you are all aware, I'm not your average guy who would get floored by even the sight of a sniffle. My theory is you can lie in bed feeling miserable with the cold or just get on with it and be distracted from having the cold.

So most likely will toddle along tonight.

Plus I had that meal out on Sunday and have one this Friday and think a WI in the middle would be a good thing!

And back, as said. STS and I am happy with that. My eating was fine all week but reckon the drinking did it but overall I am happy. April is gonna be a hard month as I have another 2 meals (one this Friday then the 21st) out but I knew this and that is why my challange amount is only 4lb.

Tea was;

Pasta - 5
Sauce - 1
Meat Free chicken - 4.5
Bread - 2
Oatcakes - 2.5

Puts me at 19 for the day, saving 3 meaning I currently have 9.5 for the meal on Friday and will add to that before it.
 
well done Pugs, a sts is good if you've had a drinky week

It wasn't as much a drinky week, 1 night but I also ate out that day so it was 2 things. I have drinky weeks every other week :p

well done on sts, sts is a lot better then a gain.

Agreed, can't argue with it! Plus over the last few weeks I have done really well and if averaged out it is fine!

Also, in another attempt to earn some points for tomorrow, rather than my normal walk I am jumping the train (ok this is more for people familiar with the Glasgow train network) from the SECC station to the Argyll street one. And from there walking out to Partick (past the SECC one in the process) before band!

Should be a decent hours walk or so.
 
Walk only took 45 minutes! Quite pleased with that. Will work out the points when I get in but I think it is 3
 
2.5 the walk actually was.

Bit of toast now takes me to 19.5 for the day so 5 saved all in!

That means 14.5 saved for tomorrow plus whatever points I have for when the meal comes!
