So today has been;

Porridge - 3
Toast - 1
Yoghurt - 0.5

Lunch will just be tomatoes and jelly - 0

4.5 for the day leaving 17.5 plus 14.5 saved...or 32 points!

Ha! And I'm not even drinking, so I should be fine and I'm also behaving myself at the place and not going overboard. It's a Mongolian BBQ place and I think I'll have one bit of meat and then just go wild on the salad and rice!

It was! Very nice too! And I feel it was all very healthy all in! Had a bit of ostrich too, very nice! Stuck mostly to just the salad prepared in funky ways with rice but also had some haddock and mussels. Popped to a gig after and had a small can of heineken (the baby ones) which I will have walked off over getting to the gig and home in of itself! No other alcohol for the night.

Sugar free jelly when I got in and now bed! :D

So away doing a piping gig there. Put the kilt on to it's tighest, slightly too big. Not major but I have have to keep an eye on it not falling and we can't have that! So dug out my kilt belt that I used to wear when the kilt was too big. It's a velcro one and I had to fold it so far that there was a large part where the velco wasn't sticking causing problems with the belt..because this was also too big! Ended up with my work trousers belt on, hidden under the waistcoat!


Oh and waled there (40 minutes) one way and another back (50 mins) so got 5.5 points also!

Bit of a personally question, but basically just curious, do you wear underpants under your kilt? Or are you not a true Scotsman? Please, don't answer if you think I've over stepped the mark.

As once stated in my diary, I told my neighbour that I don't after he found a pair of my over sized granny pants around the bin area that I had thrown out a week previously :eek:

I even wear pants in the shower incase someone walks in and see's my bum that has more dimples in it than a golf ball!

Haha that's brilliant, I'm sure the neighbour had a wee laugh.

would have to say even week one looks quite slim

I had 12.5 points in the end yesterday, God bless point free soup. Was out last night so made up the rest I think (although not a heavy night by any stretch).

Fine today so got up and had;

Toast - 1
Porridge - 3
Yoghurt - 0.5
Crackerbread - 2

Then went a big walk in to the hills behind my town. Not done it in a long time so was nice to do again. Took 2 hours and 50 minutes but for points earning I've put it to 2 and a half hours with stopping to text, take pics etc as you do. So that is 9 points earned :D
