Thanks everyone I just need to make sure I don't blip back up again now. I think I have a mental block about keeping in this stone bracket, heh.
Planned food today
Breakfast - Porridge (hexb), cherries and 100ml of skimmed milk (1.5 syns)
Post swim snack - apple, 3 x ryvita dark rye (4.5) + 1tsp clover + 1/2 tbsp jam (2)
Lunch - Notdogs, eggs and tomatoes
Dinner - Steak, crinkle cut chips, red onion rings and salad
Drinks so far
1 mug black tea
2 pint NAS
