Planned food today

Breakfast - Porridge with cherries (hexb + 1/2 hexa)

Lunch - Bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes

Snack - 4 x scan bran, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tbsp of jam. 12 syns.

Dinner - Spaghetti bolognaise, basily salad and 1/2 hexa cheese

Pudding - Homemade fat free yoghurt, with stewed rhubarb picked fresh from the garden (1 syn)

Drinks

3 mug black tea
2 pint NAS
2 mug green popcorn tea

Exercise - gardening :)

My waist is still a size 18 due to the lovely mother's apron I have left after two c-sections. I am doubtful as to how much slimmer my waist will get even as I get closer to target. That's what corsets are for though ;) hehe

I have the same attractive apron. Not sure it will ever go! I think it would require more surgery and some things just aren't worth it! x
 
The more weight I lose, the more the apron bit is pronounced. Some days I look pregnant again, if anyone dares ask me when I'm due I will probably swing for them though. Someone (a checkout girl) asked me that once at my heaviest, I just stood there and started crying at them. I don't think I've ever felt so angry at being upset. Another stepping stone on the journey that brought me to SW though.

Oh no! Sometimes I see someone look at me and I just know that are going to ask 'when's it due'. I just will them not to, with all my concentration. Then run in the opposite direction! Hasn't happened for a while :D x
 
I have perfected the 'don't you dare' stare since having children I think, hehe!

Lunch - 3 egg ham, mushroom and tomato omelette. Followed by yoghurt, rhubarb and 2 x scan bran (2)

Dinner - One pot roast chicken and veggies, with balsamic fried spring greens (2 syns for olive oil)

Pudding - More rhubarb and yoghurt, yum

Drinks so far

3 pints NAS
2 mug black tea
1 mug creme caramel rooibos
1 mug coffee with hazelnut syrup

Swim - 40 lengths / 1km

HEXA = Healthy extra A . The A choice from the SW book, normally milk, cheese etc.
HEXB = Healthy extra B. The B choice, normally fibre so bread, cereals, crispbreads but can include some stewed fruit, olive oil etc.

Snack - Packet of crisps (7 syns)

Dinner - Pasta bolognaise with salad, olives and 4 syns of cheese

2 mug coffee with hazelnut syrup (1/2 hexa)

I do, because I don't weigh in till 7:30pm and don't get home till 9:15.
