L. Small jacket spud beans and salad at sainsburys, waiting for a rugby match to kick off.

D. Sharwood chili noodles, quorn chicken breast cooked in ramen style. Chicken bovril stick, five spice, onions, match stick carrots, mange tout, shredded greens, fresh ginger, soy sauce, peas.

Snacks. Homemade rock cake, mullerlite choc sprinkle vanilla,

B. 3 egg omelette microwaved at work with small amount phili lite, so delicious.

L. Quorn mince cooked with curry powder, then in a tin of spaghetti, with another small amount phili garlic herb

D. Quorn sausages, 3 syns, jacket spud, mushy peas beans.


Snacked on a hexb of lean steak mince chili, 1 piece garlic bread, several continental chocolates at work. About 20 syns.

L. Quorn mince, red onion spaghetti tin mixed with curry powder and turned into a bolognese mash up ting. Really comforting.

D. Mash potatoe baked beans and a few sw wedges. Being eaten out of house and home by my son and a rugby team mate if his! They are all the hexb meat. ......

L. home cooked boiled ham sliced into hexb pitta wm co op with loads of salad, gherkins pickled onions. Ostensible and smoked salmon.

D. Large haddock from chip shop, tin of mushy peas, jacket potato wedges grilled, salad.

Mint mullerlite, piece of easter egg.

All after a day working on preparing beds in allotment. Ouch.
 
Been another big sporting week, son passed his scholarship and was selected to play for the u16 superleague (Rugby league) side against Wakefield, (it ended up being cancelled cos of weatber up north but we still traveled 150 miles round m2) plus his rugby union team won the county championship, then today his youngest sister won her first ever race at in the pony race at a point to point meet. Been celebrating with the whole family tonight....

D. At party, lean beef stew, with veg in it, beer and 2 him tonics nor slim lime as they didn't have it.

4 miles before breakfast with dog. Completed the 100 mile walking challenge. It was a great motivator watching the miles come down.
Now going to add a press up challenge.

B. 2 fry lite eggs, 2 wm sm danish toast hex b, grilled toms and beans.

L. Mullerlite strawberry yoghurt, banana, 3 syn amount of weetabix crunchy bran.

D. 3oz lean roast lamb, jacket sweet potatoe, veg, 3 syns of gravy. Glass of white wine, 6 syns.

I read your diary because of the title, so I hope you don't mind me mentioning, you should be having more superfree with your meals, maybe that's why your stuck. I know today is a green day & you've had your lamb for hexb, on the website it says 60grms lamb for hexb, which equates to 2.11oz, not too sure if you'll syn the odd oz or not.


Well done on the walking challenge, I've nearly completed it & it's such a good feeling & really motivates to do more walking. I couldn't do the press up challenge though:rolleyes:
 
Thanks happy holidays for dropping in. This is what makes this such a good forum, we can get genuine support and advice from each other. My thread title is a bit misleading as I was stuck but have now reached target and have been maintaining for a couple of months. However, I think you are right about the super free, I could eat more and came to that conclusion yesterday, spooky!
I did eat loads of carrots , cauliflower and leeks with my dinner but was so full up I couldn't manage a fruit medley later. I will make more effort on this. When I'm at work I generally eat more ss , a huge salad and fruit through the day, better than when at home.

Hope you had a happy Easter, I posted to you in my diary (I'm never sure where to put replies!) well done on completing your 100 miles too :), not sure what I'll do in place of it, I'm really not good at push ups, it would take me years to do 1000!!. I see you've made a start with yours, good on ya...keep up the good work.

B. 1 wm co op pitta hex b , reduced chopped tomatos with onions and peppers topped with a fry lite egg. Not quite trinidadian doubles, no roti bread, a halfway house to a tomato choka. Really tasty.

L. Making chili con carne for 60 so lunch is the tasting. ... made with
lean steak mince, schwartz chili mix, tinned chopped toms, passata.

D. Same.

Snacked on, salad, sliced lean lamb.

L. Linguini with phili garlic herb hex a topped with cauliflower greens, fennel, onions, garlic, fried in fry lite, really nice.

D. Sw chips, fry light egg and beans.

Some taster of meat free chili and meat chili, 10 syns.


1 bottle if equator beer favoured water. No syns!
