L. Tin of spaghetti with quorn mince, curry powder, rocket salad, red onion, hex a phili lite.

D. Sw wedges 2 fry lite eggs mushy peas.,

Some home made apple crumble 6 syns and couldn't resist nicking homemade lasagna left overs from the pan. 20syns roughly.

L. Quorn mince in tomato ragu style and spaghetti.

D. Beans 2 fry light eggs 3 quorn sausages ,3 syns.

Been on a course for 2 days, had a 90 min drive each way both days, office based, knackering airing on arse all day. Horrible.

Green , all week.

L. Wm pasta, quorn balls, passata, chopped fresh tomato, balsamic vinegar, peas.

D. Paella rice , small amount sea food mixed in the rice.

Snacked on jacket wedges, dark chocolate 6 syns, peanut butter 4 syns. Choc spread 5 syns.

My back "went" emptying the dishwasher, agony, but managed the press ups from knees, determined to do them. Can't walk properly or sit.

Go you with your press ups - almost there! I noticed that some of the 100 milers are now going for the 2nd 100, I haven't been making a note of mine and I find the updating too confusing with the 100 and 200 miles going on the same list.

Half a home made rocking cake 4 syns.

D. Hex b amount lean beef top side curry, lovely. Basmsati rice, green beans and five carrrots.

Back killing me, pain in groin and down into calf. Commuting in trains nightmare, can't sit, walk or stand without pain.

Snacks. Pink grapefruit, 2 plums, 2mini rocky roads, 1 mini choc tea cake, 8 syns

Glad you had a good time, why not carry it on. My 'big' birthday celebrations went on all week!
 
We are just too busy at the mo, my mrs is looking after the equestrian and tetrathlon side of things with y girls (competition this saturday, plus all the training for running, swimming, pistol target shoot and cross country ride) and I have to get my son to a rugby trial in Gloucester for an elite sports college. Got to travel on saturday , trial on sunday.

So, my birthday celebrations might drag on over the next weeks or months when we can fit it in. Oh well, that's what we do as parents...


I have gained that 2lbs, annoying but not panicking yet. I'm just finding it hard to be at peace with myself over it.

B. More hinderence, had to take car to garage before work, waited an hour due them to arrive, missed normal breakfast time, starving, has to eat my lunch items in car, 4 syns for eat smart sausages.

L. 3 egg spanish omlette with salad and salad cream and half hex b jacket. 2 syns.

D. Home, freezing and tired, feel really knackered. Waiting for baked chicken leg to cook I couldn't help but tuck into left overs that were all over the place. .. starving and out of control, eat smart sausages 2 syns, oven chips peas and youngs friend battered haddock, then chicken leg with roast veg, later in evening found lean mince bolognese to snack on. I could not get warm or satisfy myself.

Last night I missed a leaving do because of sports commitments, I would have celebrated my birthday further, I didn't so the only positive I can take is that I didn't syn myself off the planet 2 days in a row.

Get back with the programme Quins!
 
Always busy busy busy as a parent, always somewhere to be and a nightmare when there's a clash and you have to be in 2 places at once! I find it rather less hectic these days in my role as grandparent, I can pick and choose when I want to step in :)

Don't worry about the 2lb, s/w has a generous 3lb either way allowance, just stick to the plan and you'll be ok.
