Made myself run slower round the woodland trail, been getting knee pain right leg, zig zagged up and down the hills too, took pressure off. Very nice run, aerobic fitness no problem... I just seem to get very hungry with the exercise and synning loads. Might have to re think my meals.

Picked at oven chips leftover by kids, and haloumi cheese did run
D. Ww wm pitta with 2 small eggs, salad, and salad cream, cheese and pickle... Way too many syns.
