Made myself run slower round the woodland trail, been getting knee pain right leg, zig zagged up and down the hills too, took pressure off. Very nice run, aerobic fitness no problem... I just seem to get very hungry with the exercise and synning loads. Might have to re think my meals.

D. Loin pork stir fry , stir fry veg and small amount of boiled rice.

Still hungry, stomach rumbling.......
 
Monday


Celebrated wedding anniversary , 22 years, out fir pub lunch, to a pub I ride past on yesterday's ride! Mrs Quins had late starters followed by scallops , with lovely chips.

I went fir half pint if prawns, nice bit of warm French bread and butter too, followed by sirloin steak, jacket potato , mushrooms, tomatoes, a big bowl of salad, one small onion ring, peas. Delicious and at last I felt sated. Went to bed with stomach rumbling the previous night, the fire still burning from bike ride.

Thanks Texty, I know tinned peaches are synned, I was starving after the 100k bike ride, the club had put loads of food on to re fuel the riders . Loads of cake and rolls, so I had strawberries and some peaches.

I think the idea of having a diary is for people to make comments like that, but very few people do. I'd appreciate it if somebody said that to me, especially since I've been doing it so long sometimes the tweaks, become real (make sense).

Been Missing iIn action since Friday, very busy, a magnificent society birthday party at an incredible location, Venetian masquerade , I've never seen or been to anything so grand, fun , extravagant.......then had to travel to Gloucester to watch son play rugby league in the sweltering heat on Sunday. It was brutally physical.

Weighed in early last week and was 12'8 ... Can't e that now..
