267 miles cycled, 45 miles today, tough hilly club run with B+ group. Stopped at at cafe for a glider club( yes, it was at the top,of the North Downs!) had a slice of lemon sponge cake and 2 coffees with a sugar in. Gt a puncture on some rough path, flint chipping, Mended quickly by senior members who had back wheel on within 5 or 6 minutes. Very long ride, I set off at 09.30 for the ride to start at 10 and got home at 2.40. Total miles cycled 312 miles

L. Smoked mackerel pâté sw on 6 ryvita whole grain. With slices gherkin. Was very hungry. Hat hunger wen through the day.
D. BBQ chicken breast and 8 oz jacket , beetroot, 2 sausages, 4 syns?
2 muller lite yoghurts, one cherry layer, 1.5 syns
Banana and some cereal. 6 syns 21.5 syns .... Hope the hard bike ride cancels these out....
