B. 2 nimble hovis toasted, 1 egg 2 lean rashers and sliced tomatoes
L. Tesco hot deli chicken thighs skin removed , loads of salad, cottage cheese
D. Extra lean spag big AGAIN ! Hexb on spag, very small amount, have to eat something before going taking daughter to swim club and doing my run, don't get back till 9.45pm
Post run banana...gonna be hungry when I get home, looking forward to getting warm too.
