if you want to know my secret, it was an Ann Summers elf outfit LOL
Matty very unwell from a heavy drinking session we had last night.. he cant handle the welsh way! so maybe no practice tonight as he's been very very ill all day!
made it down here okay yesterday - set off at 9am, got to pembroke finally at 6pm. The extra two hours on top of the usual journey time were because Pembroke has not been gritted even a little bit, and therefore the entire town was at a standstill - place is very hilly so it was a nightmare getting in - hope i can get out again on friday!
diet non existant down here - just going to enjoy and then friday will be a restart.

just got back a few hours ago and have been working on my masters assignment - of course, due today
eaten nothing but rubbish and spent every waking minute with an alcoholic drink in my hand (bar when driving of course) and so going to have to be uber angelic over the weekend!
made a new friend in the pub - the barman Tom scored myself a few freebies on the basis that I was wearing A-mazing with a capital A shoes haha Toms fab - hes my silly sense of humour so it was nice not to be surrounded by oldies (as a certain someone was still being sick at 9pm the night after our late drinking session! )
hopefully get back down soon - love my dad to bits - he was ringing every few hours to check we got back safely.. and he filled my car with screenwash which is my dads way of saying "i love you and be safe"

B - omelette made with 60g sainsburys lean tinned ham (0.5) 2 eggs (3) 1/8th pint orange topped milk (0.5) peppers, onions (0) slice wholemeal bread (1) 1 tsp olive oil (0.5)
L - carrot and squash soup (0) with ryvita / crackerbread (2) philadelphia light (1) and cucumber (0)
T -
S - cadburys highlights (0.5)
total: 9 points + tea
snows coming down again here - got my last shift at work this afternoon.. sad, but not.. if that makes sense. Know i will blub like a baby though!
just about to have some soup for lunch - might take another bowl for work if i can find an air tight container

You sound like me leaving everything to the last minute. I have managed to convince myself that I do my best work under time pressure....I wouldn't actually know as I never give myself enough time to do anything

Enjoy your last day hun, glad you are back safe, just off to see how much it is to download Vampire Diaries!! Evidently it premiered in US in September!!!! Why do you have to wait so long!!

in regards to work, i was overly emotional all day.. bursting into tears everytime someone finished (as i was on late shift so everyone left first)
was given a bottle of wine, a box of thorntons (did share these at work, so did have a few but not half as many as i could have..) and money in a card (which again made me cry like mad!)
miss everyone so much already x
