hello and welcome thinking thin, depending on how far you've read my diary (although it sounded like you'd read it all, but surely no one would find me that exciting lol) you'll see I lost 3 ish stone with SW, but put 2 stone back on (when i got lacks and went back to my old eating habbits) and joined LighterLife, lost 3 and a half stone with lighterr life in 12 weeks and am now back on SW! Thats it in a nutshell! It stops being a diet after a while and becomes a way of life. You realise that the odd day off being off track isnt the end of the world, you realise you can have healthy SW friendly meals and snacks, eat loads and lose weight. Honestly, eat your syns, cos then if your weight plateaus you can cut them out, have naughty things (within syn limits) as then it doesnt feel like a diet, it doesnt feel like you're depriving yourself. We're the same starting weight - so we can keep one another on track, although Im going away on wed, but going to try and follow SW (within reason) while Im away. good luck, and any questions ask away xxx
