............... I know! I am so going to stick to plan, dunno bout the success express, (I don't really like that many veg - so cant fill up on them!) but Ive lost 4 pounds in a week before (more than once) just sticking religiously to plan - so I know I can do it xxx
 
I'm in a similar position to you Rainbow, I need to be really good this week. We will do it together

...i put on 0.5lb this week! can't work out why as i've stuck to it 100%. the only thing i can think of is hardly eating over the weekend. humph!

Could have been worse though mate, and what with the fab losses in the last two weeks your body prob just needed to recover! xxx
 
Good - glad you're still focussed mate, you're doing so well.

Right Im going away in 12 days, is it really sad if I start packing out suitcases?! Ive already made lists of what we need to take! xxx
 
Not sad at all hun, better to be organised. Im going away in sept and yesterday i tried on piles of clothes thinking of what im gonna bring..needless to say there all rolled up in balls in the spare room!

Get cracking on it :) :) no point stressing the day you go (thats what i do and im NOT doing it this time!!!) xx
 
Funny you should say bout trying on clothes - I did that yesterday! And proceeded to leave them in both spare rooms (dunno how that happened, think I was prancing around from one wardrobe to another!) I tidied them last night though - so they're all nicely folded or hung up now..... with a pile of ones that dont fit - some are too big and some still a tad to small! I'll do it in a bit then I think! Will do my blokes too as he doesnt do his own! We went away last weekend to see his mum and dad in Scotland and I asked him what he wanted me to take for him.............. he told me to surprise him!! My naughty side wondered how much of a surprise he'd think it was if I didnt pack him any boxers! xxxx

haha, well my fella will pack his own and will do it on the sly and then when im running around he will say are you not ready come on, so annoying. Plus i do have to pack all dd's stuff because she usually stays with my mum and dad for the week. she insists on bringing lots of toys her duvet etc etc etc and i let her cuz were leaving her behind!!! wont be long till she says oh mummy i want to go with you and daddy!!!

I have clothes that are to small and to big i didnt even put them in diff piles im a ejit i know!!!
 
Wish mine would do it, albeit it on the sly hehe! Where are you going? bless her, needing her home comforts - how old is she? Have you seen the clothes exchange on here? You should put your stuff thats too big on there xxx

Were going to Lanzarote on the 13 sept. Cant wait have been before back in 2006 and loved it.

Sophie is 3 and 7months keeps me busy!!! I have seen the clothes thing on here but im in ireland so postage would be a wee bit dearer i think
 
Hmmm - dunno that it would be more, I sent some stuff to Isle of Sky and that wasn't more (I dont think it was anyway) Besides the buyer would pay the postage though - so it wouldnt set you back if you're sending it, or there might be some other Irelanders who want some of your stuff, or you want theirs!

Sophies a really pretty name for a little girl, I teach year ones and Ive got a Sophie in my class next year xxx
 
Well blow me, you try and do something positive to aid your weight loss and it turns into a right drama. I decided Id take Bertie (our 7 month old puppy) for a walk. I dont normally go on my own for a few reasons, mainly 1) he doesnt always come back for me - he's a mans dog and 2) I know its cliched but I feel a bit vulnerable walking him on my own, where we live we have an old disused railway line, its very overgrown and surrounded by fields, a dogs paradise, but also somewhere that if you got attacked then who would know kinda thing!!!!
Anyway, I decided Id take him on his retractable lead and stick to the more open, busy parts - it passes the football pitch and a beck and a kids park......... so anyway thats the scene set for you all. It started well, we mosyed along, nodded and smiled at some fellow dog walkers, he had a swim in the beck (I let him off his lead for that bit as I know he wont come out of the water as he loves it!) So after that we ventured home, we can past the park and were getting towards the town and the docs surgery car park when all of a sudden Bertie pulled on his lead and he came free! I was totally panicking and shouting his name (prob like a mad woman!) and he was circling and running around, with me half chasing him (he clearly thought it was a game!) anyway - he did come back for me (thank god!) ............ and I looked to see why he'd come off the lead and it was cos Id attached the lead to the loop on the dog tag thing rather than the metal loop on the collar! something my BF tells me not to do for that very reason, but I hadn't realized Id done it, and as the loops only like a key ring loop thing it had pulled apart!
Anyway - just thought Id share that with you all as thers no one here for me to tell! xxxx
