Aw bless you, but there's still plenty of me left! Really I should lower my target a little but 10st 5lbs will be half my original body weight so I think that's enough for now.
I just want to say though, if I can do it then anyone can. My relationship with food has been terrible all my life, and this journey has ultimately taken me 10 years (because I've pressed the self destruct button so many times along the way). But what matters is that I kept on getting back on that wagon, just like you've done!
Good luck Rach - you can do this! And before you know it, you'll be in my shoes and people will be posting about how jealous they are of you :D

I hope so Alex, such a bloody struggle i love me food too much :D And tonight what did i do but eat a couple of cocktail sausage rolls that i had cooked for the hubby, :( seriously thinking of putting him on these tablets lol!! I am just amazed at how much you have lost, started reading abit of your diary then got side tracked, you had some amazing losses and The Man has done brilliant too, i think its better if you have someone doing it all with you.
 
Sorry the nuts caused issues, I had been leaving a good couple of hours between eating nuts and having tablets - and I was only having like 5/6 almonds or 8 cashews at a time. I had assumed it was the time between having the tablets and eating the nuts that worked for me :)
 
i did leave about 4 hours between the tabs and nuts, and i only had about 8 cashews with raisins, the tango was hardly anything but it was there. I may try again another day and see how it goes.

Today has been a much better day for me food wise thankfully, i really needed a day like today. We were in town so i got some walking in too, which all helps! So all i need to do is make sure tomorrow and tuesday are just as good :D i havent weighed at all so dont know what damage has been done, i am hoping its not too bad! Will have a sneaky weigh tomorrow morning :eek:
 
Ok I did see little bit of oil in the loo with the nuts but nothing to worry about I thought as I prefer the nuts to a low fat /high sugar snack bar.

Altho I got no show from the nakd bars :)
 
I use both, but do love cashews :)

Almonds are 5-15 a day - with 5 at a time
Cashews 8 in a day - unless I've got cravings like today or totm then I might have a few more - but no more than 8 -16 in a day - plus cashews have more cals than almonds - so you choose :)
 
Thanks PR its not been a bad day. Got a sore shoulder today and down to my shoulder blade. Hubby said he would give me a massage lol

feeling really tired tonight, its the first time i have sat down, and now all i want to do it go bed. I must be getting old lol
 
lol i was wondering why the carbs were so high.

im exhaused too! Put up 2 huge ikea shelving units all by my self!! so chuffed but flamming shattered now! is it too early to go to bed.....
 
Rachel fruit carbs still turn to fat if they're not exercised off. Something I read read recently in a few different aces have said that obviously fruit is good for you but in moderation and we should be looking to make only 2 of our 5 a day fruit.

It is annoying but I have to say I'm a veg person really. On the whole I eat little fruit. I like it just not very often
