Oh I am so with you there, makes me angry, alcohol & drug addiction is no different to the problems those addicted to food have, in some ways it is harder as you can't go cold turkey on food can you!

it probably would be cheaper to fly to uk and got one lol. Dont think i could though as am not registered with a doctor there anymore. Do they sell it online? and is it safe to buy online?

I also recently found out there is two different brands of xenical, there is tevo and roche, i only ever thought there was roche, apparently some reckon there is a difference. One girl on the fb xenical page says the roche doesnt work??? she is on tevo or whatever its called. Anyone here this?

Haha everyone on this forum though tevo was a placebo and that was the brand that never worked! It's all rumours they both work! Xx

Think it's hilarious just been scrawling through Facebook and loads of people Saying this again.. I especially worry about those who are eating takeaways and then wondering why they haven't lost weight or have put it on, it's not a miracle drug

i tried the cashews last night, well it was a mix with raisins, had 35g so it wasnt all cashews. I know some of you have nuts as snacks, but it didnt go well with me really, had a bit of a tango effect today, which must be from them as i didnt have anything else yesterday that could of done it.

My hairy bikers diet cookbook came today, had a quick look through, going to sit down in abit when kids have gone bed and have a proper look through it. I have never been so excited to get post!!

well tried making the hairy bikers pasties today, the mix for the filling was lovely, cheese, potato and leek mmmm had to have a little taste just to make sure. With there being cheese in it i wouldnt eat one today but may treat myself to one after weigh in tomorrow. Hubby enjoyed his anyway, and i made my little girl a cheese one and she ate that, so cant be too bad!! Might try make the sweet and sour soon, looks nice!!

well a 3lb loss this week, really happy with that, in the first month i have lost a massive 18lbs really didnt think it would be such a big loss!! Nearly half way through my christmas challenge now, maybe it can be done
