Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

Well done what a fantastic loss.

I might try the HB sweet and sour as well, OH is a fussy so and so but i think he will eat that. He liked the HB lasagne i made.
 
well decided to have a bigger breakfast this morning, i was starving after doing my workout. Also thought i would eat the bread i normally have at lunch time, to get it out of the way :D so instead of bread and soup for lunch i will just have the soup. Trying to get more protein at meal times in the evening if possible!!

Yup me too - have to have toast with soup - I now have gluten free bread. Blame my mum lol yummy soup on a cold day after school with hot buttered toast! Don't eat much soup now - maybe every few weeks.

Try having bread once a day 1-2 slices or go cold turkey ,) with no bread except maybe once a week :)
 
i am glad i am not alone with the bread and soup haha, maybe i should find something else to soup so as i am not tempted with the bread?! But then its figuring out what to have. Tea was spring onion, piccolo cherry tomatoes on vine, 2 boiled eggs, chicken and cottage cheese. NO BREAD!! really tasty :D
 
I used to be the same but I make lots of soup and have trained myself to eat it without toast soldiers :) have to say its the chromium tablets that have stopped me needing carbs with everything

what are chromium tablets?

oh feel horrible tonight all bloated and extra fat lol

had the munchies, so had some oven baked wedges, ok not good really but it was within my calorie allowance and the rules for xenical so i am not going to feel too bad!! Was feeling kind of down in myself and it was either that or a chocolate bar or sweets, so think i made the better choice although would of been better to have had some fruit of some sort!!
 
Sometimes the munchies can be carb withdrawal Next time try having 5-10 almonds and if you like it a few small squares of 70% dark choc like green and black organic for me a few bits helps - like yesterday I was hungry all day for what ever reason, in the end had some dark choc which helped and a few nuts, dark choc has more coca and less sugar - and less is easier to do as its so much more rich in cocoa taste :)
 
Dark choc is still unbelievably high in fat though. Rachel. So be careful if you do go there with the tablets.

Kat thats what i am worried about, i dont dare chance the chocolate really had the cashew nuts one evening and had a bit of a tango moment the next day so not really worth it!!
