Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

I found the quinoa flour and other stuff in my local Heath food shop.

silly me it was the hurling semi-finals not the finals, but yay they got into the finals. Never seen a group of people so dedicated to a sport. The players or managers or coaches etc do NOT get paid at all, they do it for the love of the sport and the place they are from. I think the footballers off today have a lot to learn from these lads.

Food has been good, had some soup when i got in and turkey rashers, egg and tomatoes. Now i am stuffed.

I was reading a thread on my fitness pal the other day and it really got me down it was asking people what weight they were and what size clothes and height they are. I noticed those with my height had to get down to 220lb to even get out of an 18, it really dis-heartened me :( I know miracles are not going to happen but i was hoping my dress size would drop better than that,

Don't lose heart, with the treadmill work you will be loses inches too, everyone is different ... Keep going as you are doing so well x x

Not necessarily Rachel. We asked the same question in here a whole back and it was enlightening that nobody was the same. Lexie started the thread. Ask her what it was called Znd bump it up. It was Zn interesting read

urgh had to go to my brother in laws tonight as it was his birthday, i managed to put them off with the sausages, wedges and sandwiches etc but then he walked in and plonked a piece of cake on my knee. Unfortunately i did eat it (have any of you ever tried to say no to an irish person in their own home especially) it was so sweet and i didnt enjoy it at all. Good job i have plenty of calories left over. But dont feel good for eating it.

Sometimes you just can't offend someone Rachel and it was his birthday. Don't sorry about it. At least the taste won't make you want more

no it certainly wont, i was coughing all night from the sweetness of it, and i do generally have a sweet tooth but it was too much for me. Its my birthday on saturday but i think i will make the cake myself then i know whats gone into it, or maybe i just wont have one, it will be alot easier lol. Its only for the kids really that i would have it, you know what kids and birthday cake are like, although my daughter doesnt like birthday cake, she prefers plain sponge with nothing on it. Will look for a nice recipe, maybe that one you posted the other day Kat!

I am surprised at how easy i am finding not having bread, its not really bothering me at all, although i have become addicted to some cheese crackers, they are gluten free, wheat free, soya free, egg and diary free. But they are so tasty and are in the rules :) Lovely with some laughing cow cheese.

Where are your crackers from Rachel. I fancy those. Please don't say they're as Irish as your apple tea :(

You could make a low ish fat cheesecake for your birthday

Digestive biscuits
50g melted butter

3 tubs quark
Sweetener
Small tub low fat natural yoghurt
Vanilla
2pkts Sugar free Strawberry jelly to set it only made with cup of boiling water

When set decorate it with fresh strawberries and raspberries or make a purée with them to spread over the top.

Sorry Kat they are irish :( made by Kelkin. sometimes some irish stuff is sold over in uk, especially some of the cheap shops. I could send some but not sure if they would make it in one piece haha you could end up just eating crumbs :)

Recipe sounds lovely, i could use the extra light philly instead of quark as i cant get that here.

It's obviously nicer with Philly but not as low in fat. Although I have found that if you're going to use Philly you actually need the full fat one. For some reason the low fat one doesn't set.

oh not good, i was hoping the low fat philly would work. I am nearly sure i have used it before.

got some quinoa from the shop today so tried it with my tea tonight, not sure what i think of it. Its say to put a stock cube in when cooking it but i found it really salty so might try it again without the stock cube next time. Have had to drink plenty of water since having it :(

It has changed Rachel. You're doing really well

That's great news :) yay you!!

That was/ is one of the reasons I like not eating bread etc . My upper tummy (separate identity from lower belly) is much flatter and less bloated :)
