Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

feeling a bit disappointed today, put on my size 20 coat that i got in asda last year. It fits but its a bit tight, but a couple of weeks ago it wouldnt even fasten, this isnt what i am disappointed about, i am made up that it now fastens up :D i was hoping someone might notice the fact that i have lost weight - nope not a damn hope of it, i was gutted :( the only person who notices i have lost weight is my hubby - and he is probably just saying it to make me feel better. I just thought 30lb down people may notice a bit. I am not going to let this get me down though (well not too much) i will not let it throw me either. The only chance i have of someone else noticing is when i go to england for christmas to see my family - they have to notice, dont they??!!
 
If they don't notice - I will send you a wooden 2 by 4 that will hit them when they don't say nothing!! Or just ask your hubby to kick them under the table :)
 
had a carby breakfast today as was feeling fed up and cold, had sneaky weigh in and am slightly up :( but think its because i havent been toilet since monday for a you know what :eek: hoping this rights itself by friday.

Just having a down time at the moment, need a bit of a lift. I am really struggling to lose the weight this time around i think its my bodies way of punishing me for putting the weight back on last year :(
 
Come on your doing really well!! It's better coming off more slowly! :). This time round your also looking at how eating differently effects your health.. Using the Kettlebells will also reshape you too.. But also takes time :)

Remember the 80/20 rule .. 20% of the time you have a life to live, you have urges/ craving - sometime you need to let yourself indulge! Then the rest of the time (80%) back to your new WOE until it becomes a habit and the 20% happens less often :)

Good carby stuff - potatoes, sweet potatoes, cashew nuts, fruit.. Non wheat items is best - I have gluten free bread/ pitas in the freezer for when I want some :) Dark choc.. Green and black organic peppermint - yummy :) green and bkack with ginger ..

Most of last week, I added in more carbs., due to totm - did feel better for it.. Just needed better choices :)
 
i just added bread to my breakfast, and i really enjoyed it - was a nice change.

Feeling a bit better now, think i was just having a moment - i just need to keep looking at it in the big picture :D

Well finally been toilet and even that has made me feel a bit better, surprising how not going for a day makes you feel.

I cant really eat the nuts Tara as they do react with the tabs :( i tried the cashews the other night and i was stuck to the loo the next morning :( I do like the green and black chocolate as a tiny bit satisfies more than any other chocolate :) going to get more fruit into my diet again, it seems to of disappeared lately. May let myself have some potato tonight :D or even a small bit of rice ?!! Thanks again for your advice, you know i always appreciate it :D
 
Don't get disheartened, chin up drink plenty and crack on with a new week!!

better than a gain hun! your body will be rebelling after all you've lost over 2st!!! i'd be dancing like a loon if i'd done that well in such a short amount of time.

Awe hunni, it will just be water.. When I started the running I had a few sts and a few 0.5lb losses... Keep drinking plenty of fluid and it will come off x
